Dr. Kucera is fellowship-trained in gastroenterology and hepatology, advanced therapeutic endoscopy, and endoscopic oncology. He is an innovative therapeutic endoscopist, utilizing the application of modern endoscopic techniques and technologies to advance patient care and outcomes. He has been nationally recognized and published for his research involving cystic lesions of the pancreas, Barrett esophagus, and esophageal cancer.

His specialties and practice focus include:

  • Diagnostic and interventional endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
  • Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
  • Enteral stenting, ablation of Barrett’s esophagus
